The LPGA announced on Thursday its 2024 schedule, which will include a total prize fund of more than $118 million, the highest in tour history.

The overall purse topped the $100-million mark for the first time this season and will see some significant increases in ’24.

The upcoming schedule, which features 33 official events, has 16 tournaments with purses of at least $3 million, 10 of which are non-majors and non-Tour Championship (up from four such events in 2023).

The global schedule will see players compete in 15 states and 10 countries. There will be three new events on the calendar: the LPGA Drive On Championship in Bradenton, Florida; the FM Global Championship in Norton, Massachusetts; and the Arizona Championship in the Phoenix area. Additionally, Seri Pak will join Annika Sorenstam (The Annika) and Michelle Wie West (Mizuho Americas Open) as a tournament host. The Seri Pak LA Open will take place in March at Palos Verdes Golf Club in California.

“The 2024 LPGA Tour schedule reflects our historic growth,” said LPGA commissioner Mollie Marcoux Samaan in a release. “With new events and improved geographic flow, enhancing the athlete experience, our global reach and competitiveness have never been stronger. As we embark on this season, we celebrate the remarkable journey of women’s golf, anticipating thrilling competition and unforgettable moments for fans worldwide.”

Since 2021, the LPGA notes, prize funds for non-majors and non-Tour Championship events have grown 61%. Major purses have increased 78% over that time. It was announced Wednesday that the CME Group Tour Championship will see its purse increase from $7 million to $11 million in 2024 and 2025.

Here’s a look at the full ’24 schedule, including a return to the Old Course at St. Andrews for the AIG Women’s Open. Less than a month later, the Solheim Cup will be contested for the second consecutive year as the biennial event gets back on an even-numbered schedule.

The Olympic Games will also be held in August with 60 qualifying women from around the world competing at Le Golf National in Paris, France.
